1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Jale Bat platform and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be terminated.
• You must register using your own name. Opening an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

Registration Process

During registration, you will need to provide a valid mobile number, password, and personal details. Your account will be activated via OTP verification. Jale Bat may request identity documents or additional documentation at any time.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Jale Bat account. The following rules must be followed when managing your account:

Password & Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Identity verification is required to make any changes to your account information.

Update Account Information

If any of your personal details change (mobile number, email, or address), update your account right away. Jale Bat will not be held responsible for payment delays or other issues arising from outdated information.

KYC Verification

Jale Bat may require KYC verification for security purposes. This typically involves submitting a copy of your national ID or passport. Large withdrawal amounts may be held until KYC is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all financial transactions on Jale Bat. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit: subject to the applicable daily limit.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed without completed KYC verification.

5 Betting Rules

The following Terms & Conditions apply when placing bets on Jale Bat. Always verify the odds and match details carefully before placing any bet.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Jale Bat does so under exceptional circumstances.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Jale Bat reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Jale Bat sets the maximum bet amount allowed per event.

Result Determination

Bet outcomes are determined using data from internationally recognized sports data providers. If a match is cancelled or postponed, stakes are generally refunded. However, different rules may apply to certain bet types — please check the relevant event details in those cases.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match or event is not completed within the scheduled time.
• If a bet was accepted with incorrect odds or information.
• If evidence of match fixing or other irregularities is found.
• If a bet was not properly recorded due to a technical issue.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Jale Bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are typically converted to withdrawable cash after wagering 10x–20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specific time window — generally 7–30 days.

General Bonus Rules

• The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated system.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or launching any form of cyber attack.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
